There are categories defined for particular working groups (e.g., on Prolog Education, Prolog Implementers Forum, and, in particular, Prolog Improvement Proposals, etc.) as well as a General category in which you can open new topics.
Contributing
You can contribute to any of the categories and topics that are already open (by hitting “Reply”) and you can also start new topics.
