Hi,
That was fast. We quickly climbed the stairs from LLM,
to LRM and we are in the mists of Swarm intelligence.
Means we are not only closer to more P(doom) fear,
also MCP has a companion A2A:
Donated by Google Cloud to the Linux Foundation:
interoperability between opaque agentic applications
https://a2a-protocol.org/
Is it alive or some tumble weed? Sure interesting for Prologers
that might have some agent hiding somewhere, but want to
offer them via a proper protocol, that also covers authorization, etc..
Disclaimer: I don’t know the details…
Bye
P.S.: The big question, is this SOAP rebranded?
Only if your definition of SOAP includes stripping away every ounce
of enterprise XML bloat, replacing heavy WSDL documents with
clean JSON-based Agent Cards, and swapping rigid envelopes for
lightweight JSON-RPC over standard HTTP!
